It brings me back to grade school and pretending to be Final Fantasy characters on the playground. So epic!
I really wish I could play some the sequel, since I've been dreaming about it since elementary school. No cash + no wireless internet = none for me :(
Anyways, a question.
I know many people came to the Final Fantasy series with Final Fantasy VII, and many have not played any of them older than that. I feel that they are robbing themselves of the games that truly made the series great, as many of the emotional moments that people say made them fall in love with Final Fantasy VII can be seen in the earlier games in the series (often done better as well). How do you guys feel? Does Aerith's death compare to Tellah sacrificing himself to avenge his daughter or Edward struggling to play the twin harp to save his friends? How about the noble sacrifice of Palom and Porom?
