I'm going to let you guys know ahead of time that tonight's show is probably going to contain a lot more win than usual. This week we're discussing Disney games, most of which were made by Capcom, and all of which contained music. Music that Chad will likely sing. A lot. I'm just saying. The rest of us will probably join in as well at some point, so don't say I didn't warn you.

What did you think of The Little Mermaid? (nes) Its no Duck Tales...
Chad and whomever has to sing Hakuna Matata since Disney put out like 3 or 4 Lion King related games.
Did anybody play Goof Troop? Great and kinda unique multiplayer puzzler.
For the record, I always thought the Genesis version was far superior. Better art, better level dsign, followed the movie's plot a little more closely than the SNES version, and didn't have walking flower pots.
The final boss of the SNES version was better than the Genesis version, though.
Both great games (in my opinion the best Disney branded games ever), but which one was better for you?
Also, I totally still think there should be a Retro Game Villain episode.
I don't know about you guys but I would totally support a game called Chad and Topher's Rescue squad for the NES.

And also, what did you guys think of DuckTales 2 on the NES? Seems to have been largely forgotten...
Obviously, Chad would be Ariel, the Little Mermaid. You know, because of the ocean/dolphin angle.
Anyway, I have to admit that Aladdin is probably my favourite old school Disney movie while also being my favourite retro SNES Disney game. All my friends would pass that around, trying to beat that epic gem-riding boss level.
My question is more of a request, can we get a list from Chad of all the different Disney-Capcom games that there were? I have a feeling I don't actually know them all.

If you do, how would you want your character to look (if Topher wants his to be changed that's fine)? I have a feeling that Colette would want claws and Chad a dolphin staff, but other than that I have no idea.

As for questions:
1.) Your personal favorite Disney/Capcom games: what are they and why?
2.) Mickey Mouse and the Magical Quest: did any of you ever play this one? If so, opinion/thoughts on it? Is it your favorite of all of them, too?
3.) How can companies, like Capcom, learn to take licensed franchises, like Disney, and create a superb gaming experience from them? IS the recent glut of poor licensed games simply because companies don't care? Or is it because they don't have the know-how like they used to? Please talk about this a bit, even if it's framed in the context of Disney-themed games.

Also: I'm not all up on the historical facts, but Capcom only made the Disney games on the Nes and Snes, am I correct?
So(If thats true) would you say that these Disney-Capcom games were better than the Disney games on other systems(eg. Sega systems)?
In the first one, the villains chasing Chad are the Podtoid crew who are playing the part of some Indiana Jones baddies (Rev as the Nazi General, Jim as the sadistic Nazi Major with the top hat, Aaron as the Eyepatch guy with the monkey and Tiff as the Swordsmen Indy shoots.)
Second one is of chad fighting off a tribe of hostile executives while pushing an old lady in to the Piranha Plant infested shrubbery.
