Haha I'm actually putting serious thought into a name change now, is it actually possible to do so?
A) Princess Peach wears her dress everywhere because the Mushroom Kingdom is a Victorian-era alterniverse with steampunk elements. For further examples supporting this theory, see the Koopa airships plethora of castles.
B) Zelda always struck me as a great leading role waiting to happen. Especially as Sheik and when using her bow & arrow. Plus, she has access to magic, as well. It would obviously be a different kind of game than the rest, but I bet it could be pretty awesome. Perhaps a return to the Zelda II side-scrolling style, but with beat-em-up leanings.
