Rest your feet in Target's Bullseye Lounge at E3 photo
#E3

Shouldering through the mass of (mostly) smelly nerds on Electronic Entertain Expo’s show floor is rough on the feet and hard on the nose. Target gets the feet part. At this year’s E3, Target is rolling out the “Bullseye Lounge,” a special place where you can relax and play some of 2009’s “hottest” videogames.

But, wait, that’s not all: Target has confirmed food. Archer Farms brand snacks will be available to those seeking the shelter of the Bullseye Lounge.

So, essentially, Target will attempt to offer paradise at E3 this year. Good luck, guys.

I used to work at Target, and I can confirm the "Food Avenue" is usually pretty clean, and the food is decent. Might give this a go.

Samit, I expect Ice Cream over a chat about who will win the Super Bowl this year.

I'm really excited for E3 this year. Hopefully something awesome comes out of the press conferences. I don't think Nintendo, Sony, and MS can afford to fuck up again.

I hope they have the Archer Farms smoothies there. I had a mango-flavored one every day for lunch when I used to work for Target. Them things is tasty.

@Ashley
YES! How long ago did you work there? Do you remember around 6 months ago when they had the "free smoothie" coupon in the back of the employee newsletter? My friends and I ripped out 20 of them as soon as they came in. Everyone else was wondering what the coupon was, and they never found out!

@Magnalon: Unfortunately (sort of? I have a love/hate relationship with the company), it's been about two years since I've been there. If I had still been there though, I would have been all over that. You and your friends are very clever. :)

Maaaaaan...I really should attempt to weasel my way into E3 one day. Unfortunately, I doubt "Game Crazy Shift Leader" isn't "involved in the games industry" enough to be able to get in.

So Target is in charge of the refreshments eh? I guess E3 will be more fun this year around. But why do they have to be dicks and not open it to the general public?

Jesus Christ, it's the "We used to work at Target" get together in this place? Same here, for six long goddamn years.

I work at Target. They've been giving me shit hours, bad idea to join in the backroom department where everyone but me does the job "fast but wrong" (blowing off guests, always putting stuff wrong on the shelves and just throwing shit down off the ground half the time), so the manager of that department seems to think I'm too slow to get more hours or something I guess.

Target had the best booth at E for All last year. That's not saying much though.
