I've always had an interest in Resistance...This sounds pretty good to me.

I already have the trilogy... but this is a nice offering for people that haven't yet played them!

I'm waiting on the Mass Effect trilogy for the Xbox though (so I get the original ME game as well)

Amazing box art. Considering how good and standalone the 3rd game is, I'd say it's worth it. Besides, you also get the first two games, which are not so bad.

I just do not know if I should even bother getting Resistance 3. The single player looks neat though sleepy and the massive cut back in co-op, multiplayer "lawl lets just copy COD, guys!", and retcons 'Malikov: jk about dying for my crimes!'. I guess when it hits bargain bin prices I will get it.

What is really disappointing is that there was a really grand back story that just did not go anywhere. Graytech and its origin, the fact that humans may actually be derivations of Chimera, the motives of the Cloven all of it at the end just came to a giant 'nope' as if none of it was ever mentioned in the first place.

I never got around to the Resistance games until recently. Played the first a few months ago and liked it well enough.

Just sent the second one back to GameFly around midway through the campaign. I absolutely HATED it. Insomniac doesn't know how to craft a good story or a good checkpoint system to save their life (at least as far as this series is concerned). There were countless times the difficulty ramped up out of nowhere and then the checkpoint would dump me back to the same point but without the proper amount of ammo I had when I originally hit the save spot. Pissed me off to no end.

I heard such great things about all the titles in the series but was truly and utterly let down. I feel bad for PS3-only FPS gamers who have to play this type of crap and think it's a quality experience. I may hate Halo as a series (only like Wars and Reach) but at least their campaigns are decently crafted.

Such a wierd trilogy. The first one was rushed out the door, the second abandoned a lot of the mechanics that made the first one special, and the third found a balance, but was ultimately unsuccessful in expanding its audience. I love them all, but feel like so much potential was lost for a rather unique trilogy.

Man this is a pretty good deal considering R3 is very recent and part of a $60 threepack. I would get it if I was interested in the first two games, but at least this will drive down the price of the standalone R3, which I am interested in.

I already own R1+R2. Not sure what to do.

I'm tempted. I never picked up any of the games, but 3's setting always intrigued me.

I'll say the same thing I said about the Resistance Double Pack: if Sony and/or Insomniac are too lazy to patch Fall of Man with trophies, I'm not going to waste my money rebuying it. The amount of money you'd spend to do that would be negligible, and the sales you'd get as a result would far outweigh it.

But that would be the logical thing to do.

I'll buy it. R2 is great and I haven't played R3.

3 was the best imo. I missed the coop of 2, but 3 felt good. Shit story for em all, bit awesome premise.

I've never played through any of the campaigns, and have only briefly played MP in the first Resistance. Perhaps this will give me a reason to play through the trilogy. Oh, and that team has some amazing art direction/design.

hrm.... was going to get around to buying R3 for the Single player.... but nostalgia and my general love of 'complete' trilogy's is tempting me to get the whole pack again.... Problems aside, they're all worth playing... IMHO...

definitely tempted on getting this since i want to play the sinlge player mode and it look alot of fun.

great box art but i could pick up all 3 games for around £20-£25 already, anyways I hope it will give some sales to insomniac for making some great games

I hope for the ones getting it for the first time everybody will play Resistance 2's online CO-OP. So damn good! Not including that in the 3rd one is the sole reason I never picked it up.

I don't need much of reason to post this but I think it's a perfect opportunity

@OneRed - Where did you get 18 hours from? The first one will take most people about that long to finish...Plus the first two only have stories as an excuse to shoot lots of stuff. So that's two men, three games, 30 hours and 6 hours of terrible writing....

I loved all 3 games, so sue me, lol. I'll get this when it drops 10 or 20 bucks in the future!
