It's time to start talking about the next multiplayer beta for a console shooter; hope you're ready for it. Sony has offered details on how to claim early access to the Resistance 3 public beta, and yes, it's going to cost you.

In North America, you can get access by picking up a copy of SOCOM 4 with the little Resistance badge on the cover. Inside the box is a voucher code, which can be used whenever the beta goes live. (We don't know when that'll be just yet.)

For our European friends, it sounds like you'll need to be a PlayStation Plus subscriber instead. Also, they refer to it as a multiplayer demo. You're making it too easy here, guys.
