Siege, the latest multiplayer mode for Resident Evil 6, will release on March 5 for Xbox 360 and March 6 for PlayStation 3, Capcom announced. As per the other mode releases, Siege will cost 320 Microsoft Points, or $3.99/ €3.99 / £3.19.

Siege revolves around one set of players protecting BSAA rookies while another set attempts to attack them.

A map pack bundle will release on the same day for 400 MS Points, or $4.99/ €4.99 / £3.99, bundling: Rail Yard, High Seas Fortress, Catacombs, Requiem for War, Liquid Fire, Rooftop Mission and Creature Workshop.

March 19 (March 20 for EU) will see the release of a mode bundle on PlayStation 3 for $9.99/ €9.99 / £7.99, packing in Siege, Survivors, Predator and Onslaught. A triple pack -- sans Siege -- is already available on Xbox 360.
