Check out the hotness! Resident Evil 5 is easily looking like one of 2009's best incoming games, and these new gorgeous screenshots do little to dissuade such theories.
They mainly show off Chris and Sheva working together in their bid to promote racial harmony -- kind of like Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder, except with slightly more killing involved. The most striking images, for me, are the daylight ones. They look incredibly rich and especially beautiful.
One of Resident Evil 4's best elements was that some of its scariest moments occurred during the daylight in outdoor environments. I'm glad Resident Evil 5 is continuing that, proving that scary games don't all have to take place in dark corridors. Not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just I like my horror to come in more than one flavor.
Either way you slice it, this is looking great. Do you agree, or are you some sort of mutant?

The game looks great and it may end up being the one Resident Evil that I finish.
I can't even digest how awesome this looks. On the PS3 and Xbox 360 you say? The next few years are gonna be fun.

I hope they have a limited edition release so I can get some sexy RE stuff.
Thing is if they re-released resi 4 with sexy next gen graphics i'd probably buy it again anyway, but this way I get a whole new game with Co-op!!!
