yes it is.
Also, I will not be playing this game no matter what system its released on because this game scares the shit out of me.
FF: MLE was awesome, though, so I guess I'll just have to import.
"Well, there goes my dream of a shoddy Kinect Fatal Frame game!"
Yeah, well, someone else could make a similar game.. And it might be above par, instead of sub..

@ Aldo- That already happened dawg!

...man, NOA sucks sometimes.
i just hope they do something about this IP.
release all 4 games in one package for Wii U to garner up some interest :P
-Nintendo of America
Fatal Frame 4 is never coming out here.
Are you trying to argue that Nintendo's decision not to localise Project Zero 4 in the US was based on Tecmo's US sales figures on the PS2? Do you have US new and second hand sale figures for Fatal Frame 1-3, to back up your attack on everyone here that you are accusing of not supporting the series?
Get off your high horse. I bought Project Zero 1-3 brand new on the PS2 in Europe. They were published in Europe by Wanadoo, Ubisoft and Take Two. I do not believe for a GODDAM SECOND that Nintendo Europe's decision to not localise Project Zero 4 was based on those publishers' sales figures, or that NOA's decision not to localise was based on Tecmo's sales figures.
Project Zero 4 was a halloween timed release and well managed marketing campaign away from being a profitable release.
I firmly believe that Project Zero 4's localisation was a casualty of Nintendo's 2008 onwards shift of focus from "core" to "casual" (their terminology). NA Wii owners should be thankful that Xenoblade had Operation Rainfall and Last Sory had XSEED.
Zero4 was great except for the bug issues. Not the best in the series (that's still crimson butterfly), but still the best horror game you can get for your Wii.
Looking forward to the wii remake of crimson butterfly, will definitely import it when it comes out later this month.
good!
If they wanted to, it would have happened already. NOA has absolutely no interest in bringing those games to North America.
Essentially, all this does is prevent anyone else from doing it.
NoA doesn't make those decisions. This has been established since the fan interest in the three big Wii RPGs.
I wish that Tecmo retained the right to shop the series around publishers and develop for non-Nintendo platforms. I don't want to see Project Zero become the next Mother/EarthBound...
