We fight for our people!

Liberation Maiden is getting a sequel! Well, sort of. It seems like Grasshopper Manufacture has decided to eschew Shoko's roots, following up last year's 3DS shooter with a visual novel for PlayStation 3.

According to Siliconera, an upcoming project entitled Liberation Maiden Sin was revealed in the latest edition of Weekly Famitsu. Published by 5pb and penned in part by Suda 51, the title follows the telepathic Kiyoto Kaido and several other members of Shoko Ozora's presidential cabinet. No word on a release date or whether Grasshopper intends to bring the game west, but we'll keep our ear to the ground.
