I thought it was funny. Yeah
And one of my big complaints from the first demo was that the whole stealing memories thing was pretty underwhelming. I'd expect the process of nabbing someone's thoughts would be a lot less simple than just hovering over them and waving your hand. The way the Syndicate "reboot" handled it was much better and at least the combat shown here not only seems damned cool but the memory swiping is now literally blowing someone's mind.
Also, Logic Bombs.
Officially hyped for this.
"Your bath is ready" and something about needing a drone.
I actually think this looks incredibly awesome. I absolutely love how all the special actions, like memory stealing, special combat moves, and such look. I'm kinda really excited for this game.
I hope theres a mini-game where you have to put on those fucking jeans
There's just so many things going on ;_;
There's some Beyond Good and Evil vibes going on too
Also yeah, it doesn’t feel like a Capcom game at all, the whole thing screams Ubisoft.
That part gave me a laugh, the rest of the game looks interesting but I think Watch Dogs is going to blow this out of the water.
It's a good concept, but its got a LONG way to go to become great.
Also, someone needs to teach badguys how to lead their shots.
It's a little Unchartedy, but I like it. It's been a while since I've looked forward to a Capcom game (the other being Okami HD).
I would like to add that "Stay Frosty" should be banned from all video games starting now.
Wait, no, this looks terrible.
the world looks nice though, wish Deus Ex were 3rd person and i'll enjoy it another 200% more than i already have :)
A helicopter chase where it is firing a gatling gun that doesn't land a single shot. Then he hovers in the same position for 5 minutes while sweeping his light over the exact same area while spouting off arrogant quips and firing at pigeons. GOTY.
The combat looks OK, but I don't enjoy button mashers - especially button mashers that lock you on to your target - so I'll probably get extremely bored of it very fast. On the plus side, the art direction is beautiful and the world looks amazing; just a pity about everything else.
I'll give this a look whenever reviews start dropping, but I'm not going crazy for it. It looks like babies first Watch Dogs.
Let's try to contain those orgasms for the time being, mmm?
That being said, I guess I wouldn't mind the seemingly derivative mechanics at display if at least the art direction was somewhat original. I'm already tired of the same-looking Cyberpunk metropolis all over again. The main character is little bit too deep in the Joanna Dark lookalike department, and the hamfisted 80s-cartoonish dialogue gets me pondering again if the more mature a game looks, the more it's written for 13-year-olds.
For a new IP, this fails to deliver so far.
