The shiny-faced meat-slab asks this question as he kicked off seven minutes of desperate appealing, as he attempts to convince the world that the 3DS had cool stuff coming. In fairness, what Nintendo offers appears to be something of a mixed bag, with some legit interesting stuff and some boring or long-known items on the menu.

Well Reg, they are waiting for those games to be released first so they know if they are actually any good or not, and/or the inevitable first hardware revision that is typically a vast improvement over the original.

Maybe it's just me, but that video made me want to actually play outside with my friends instead of online in the coming Mario Kart title. Where's my soccer ball?
Em, I guess I have the patience to wait until there's more than two games on it that I would like to play. Next they'll be trying to sell consoles from plans ahead of development.
There is plenty wrong with me Reggie, but the 3DS just isn't worth it for me. If I wanted to watch Hulu I'd do it on my PC or PS3, not a fucking handheld.

I was waiting for an XL with dual nubbies, but now I can hardly remember what games I wanted one for. Dead or Alive was one...that's all that comes to mind though. I'm not buying it for one game.
The PSV is the only handheld unit occupying my dreams right now.
I love you Nintendo, but I'm sorry... I played all the "good" games on 3DS 10+ years ago. That and I have an iPhone which provides to me all the mobile gaming I need at a far cheaper pricepoint.
I hate to say it, but Nintendo is fast becoming a dinosaur and the meteorite has already entered the atmosphere. I can't justify buying essentially the same game over and over again anymore.
Please Nintendo, without you, I wouldn't be a gamer today. Re-capture that magic. Give us something NEW.

What's wrong with me? Well, nothing apparently as I have a 3DS, but yeah, I'm waiting on dem gaemz. All I've been playing is Street Fighter and Four Swords since I bought the 3DS after the price drop. I'm going to have to grab Ocarina, Star Fox and Cave Story when they go down in price.

Nintendo need to change their marketing message and get some new appeal that doesn't involve waggling the controller. N64 onwards, their consoles have essentially been Mario and Zelda machines with 3rd party support being initially okay but rapidly drying up and everything that isn't first party selling like shit (with the exception of certain casual games on the Wii).
I enjoy my eyes being a solid thank you very much. When the day comes when I feel an urge to liquify my eyes I will then buy a 3DS play it for 2 mins and relish in the melting of my eye balls.
