When Reggie Fils-Aime rolls up in your hood, he doesn't do so alone, no, he has the Nintendo secret service with him. Check out how the head honcho at Nintendo brings down the house.

In the video below, you'll also see Reggie signing Triforce's Wii. Lucky Nintendo fanboy? You know it.

Man, you completely skipped over me in all your videos of the lines! We were waiting in a small pen by ourselves in front of Footlocker. I was really hoping to meet up with whoever from Destructoid covered this; this is Glen, the guy who just designed your yet unreleased t-shirts. There is actually a really funny story about waiting in line that only those of us who were there from early in the day can tell. There was a guy who took it upon himself to organize all of us waiting in line, and who we thought was official (he had us sign in and wrote numbers on our hands) but it turned out later he was just some random guy who had nothing to do with launch, so our placement numbers ended up being meaningless, and I hear he got in some big trouble with Toys R Us. The overall experience was great though, my first time waiting all day for a console launch and I met a lot of great people, a lot of fun. And I came home with a Wii and Zelda :)

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun.
