Red Steel 2 devs already working on next game photo

It appears that the guys behind the sadly underselling Red Steel 2 are already jumping right into their next game. Creative Director for Red Steel 2 Jason Vandenberghe has confirmed that the Ubisoft studio is hard at work on their next game.

In a Facebook post he said, "What an incredibly overloaded couple of weeks. You know what happens when you finish a video game? You start working on another one, that's what." Obviously he wasn't leaking any details on the game, but it appears they are very hard at work on it.

Dev teams jumping right into another development cycle isn't all that new, but with rumors swirling that a Red Steel 3 is planned this one has a bit more punch. Could we be seeing a third Red Steel game far sooner than we expected?

A Sacred 3 developer apologizes for the game

Sacred 3 wasn't a very well received game; I felt it was an average and uninspired hack-'n'-slash game with some terrible attempts at humor. Comments on my review either sided on "hey, it's not too bad in co-op," to "this is ...more
