Stomping in alien faces underneath the surface of Mars is going to have to wait. THQ has announced that it's delayed Red Faction: Armageddon. No huge deal, though, it's only by about a week -- the game will now ship on June 10 internationally, instead of the end of may as originally planned.

As previously reported, you can get your Armageddon on a bit sooner with a demo hitting Xbox Live and PlayStation Network next week.

"The Red Faction: Armageddon demo is also scheduled to be available on the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system on May 3," says THQ, "or once the PlayStation Network has been restored."

Let's hope that's sooner rather than later.
