The next batch of downloadable content for Red Dead Redemption, "Liars and Cheats," is out September 21. Here's a bit of a surprise -- the pack will also contain all of the content that was previously announced as the free-of-charge "Free Roam" pack. Rockstar says this is "due to the platform networks' restrictions on numbers of free packs we can give away."
This means you'll be getting even more content at once if you pick up "Liars and Cheats" next month, including online multiplayer poker and dice games, multiplayer horse races, seven new gang hideouts, and four new hunting grounds. But there's more included in the pack -- including an explosive rifle! -- which you can read about after the break.
The "Liars and Cheats" pack will cost $9.99 on PlayStation Network and 800 MS Points on Xbox Live. Both will come with new trophies and achievements, respectively. Thinking about picking it up, or have you had your fill of Rockstar's Wild West?

Plus, 15 additional multiplayer characters from the Red Dead Redemption storyline are being made available as multiplayer characters, and more all-new Achievements and Trophies.

If you had no intent to purchase the Liars and Cheats pack, you're losing out on the Free Roam pack simply because Microshaft won't allow them to release more than 2 FREE DLC packs.
this is where Valve have problems with MS and why Valve games in future will be better on PS3.

Let's not start taking that route with the criticism. There's nothing wrong with those of us who are paying customers getting content for free. That's the way it should be. Microsoft drowns our dashboards in ads, despite getting our money. You're damned right I expect an advantage over silver users.

I assume you're talking about Free Roam? That's only really a hub world. I don't consider that to be the true multiplayer, though it certainly has its multiplayer uses.

Spawn camping is pretty fun when you're not caught in it. If you ARE caught in it then you just re-spawn to a different part of the map or find a different lobby.
This one time a few weeks ago, i was level 41 and i rode to this dude who was trying to pick flowers or something who was level 8, and i just killed him and kept on doing it and doing it for ages... it was funny to watch the guy leg it as i constantly sniped his head off :D
...then i got a bounty and the guy left... but DAYYUMMM that was satifying :P
I wasn't doing it to be harsh, i was doing it because i CAN. I was a much higher level than him, and big ones pick on little ones... that's how nature works.
It's fun, guys, you should all try it sometime :) I want to make a posse and find this ONE guy and just have us all keeping killing him and killing him until he rage quits!! :D

Seriously, I've met people like you, and that's just plain pathetic in your part. Unless you're in a specific competitive play list or you're fooling around with people you know. There really isn't any excuse for harassing a player online. I've seen several posses take out one gang hide out together, only to have one random ass try to kill the other players using the excuse that "he could" as if it were some sort of justification for his lack of sportsmanship and skill. I never pass the chance to report/avoid a player if the situation calls for it. It's easily one of features of Xbox Live that I use the most when playing multiplayer games. That and the mute button.

Call me whatever you want, i was enjoying myself. There's no LAW in the game that says you can't do it, so i will continue to do it as much as i want. If you see me online, you're more than welcome to do it to me, because it's a free server and you can play the game however you want if it means you're having fun.
Rockstar has already added an update to help fight against people who spawn camp others although it isn't much of a measure. Regardless of that, it's clear that what you consider "fun" wasn't what they had in mind for free roam. Again, save the excuses. You may have the freedom of choice, but there are specific multiplayer modes for players to kill each other. Trolling and harassing randoms is inexcusable in most situations.
