Red Dead Redemption soundtrack hits iTunes photo

OMG! Where is our Red Dead Redemption review!?!?

I'll get to that in a second, but before I do, allow me to point you in the direction of the game's soundtrack. It's now available on iTunes, and features music composed by Bill Elm and Woody Jackson of Friends of Dean Martinez. The soundtrack is comprised of 15 instrumental tracks, along with four exclusive tunes from Jamie Lidell, Jose Gonzales, and more. Perfect music for your morning horse ride or at-dawn shoot-out.

As for our review, it's coming. If you want to know what your fellow readers think, check out the community blogs, though. A few people are more than happy to share their experiences with Rockstar's latest.

If I were to put this on in my car, and my Evans Repeater just so happened to be in the passenger seat, I'd be afraid I would take out a few of the neighborhood animals...and then run like hell!

loving the OST, got it with my Limited Edition, been rocking it in the office getting pumped to go home and play more!

I played so much RDR Friday night, that at 8am Saturday morning, with some cocksucker ripping up and down the road outside in what sounded like a tractor with a broken exhaust, my half asleep brain told me to shoot at it out of the window with my winchester repeater.

True story.

I literally woke up looking for my Winchester.

Good times.

that's what happens when you play a game from 5pm - 5am practically non-stop and fall asleep with controller in your hand.

Before you buy it, remember; if you pre-ordered the game, it's yours free at this link.

Or just get the Limited edition, which has the soundtrack, Golden guns, Deadly Assassin outfit and Warhorse.

I wish I had my OST. I pre-ordered the game and clicked the link only to have Firefox crap out on me. Now I can't download the OST because you're only allowed to click the link once (to prevent multiple download obviously) and can't re-use the code. So I'm basically shit out of luck due to a technical issue with my internet browser. This is very saddening because I was extremely looking forward to listening to the sound track (and I mean to the point that the soundtrack was more important to me than the Deadly Assassin outfit). It is also very aggravating because I have been denied something I was promised all because of a technical issue. Rockstar customer support still hasn't gotten back in touch with me.

If you like RDR soundtrack, wait till you get south of the border, soon you will realize how absolutely great is this game and its ost.

I have the OST on my iPod and listen to it whenever I find myself hunting stray animals or when a drunk makes me shoot him in the hand...and I live in Baltimore so it happens more then you would think.

There's a time limit to when Reviews become irrelevant, and Dtoids is fast approaching.

We know you want to enjoy the game, but the time is coming where we probably won't give a shit about your review.

Anyone else wanna throw up every time they mistakenly click onto the iTunes Store homepage? Seriously wtf is wrong with people.

Anyway, I haven't played RDR yet, but what I've heard of the music has been top notch, so yay.

I ordered mine from Amazon, so I didn't even know there was a limited edition. I wish I had known, as I would love to have a limited edition version of this amazing game :(

Hey patman, Not sure how i can get it to you, but you can have a copy of my OST.

I use FTP sites at work, and the OST is on my work PC right now, if you have FTP access and don't mind giving me the login details, I'll happily upload it for you.

I'm not 100% sure how you "get" FTP access, I just get given details by clients/head office and sign in with Filezilla. But if you have or can "get" an FTP I'll help you out.

I'm just nice like that.
