Red Dead Redemption screens are cooler than Westworld photo

If there's one thing for me to take away from my time spent on Fallout 3, it's that exploration is one of my favorite things to do in games now that technology is catching up with our imaginations. Combine that with my longing for this generation's essential western game, and I think I know the perfect game for me.

Those looking forward to Red Dead Redemption will be pleased to know that Rockstar is gearing up to send out more info on the game and probably even a trailer in the coming weeks. For the time being, though, we have a batch of screenshots.

I wasn't entirely sure which ones were new and which weren't, so I kind of just tossed a bunch of them into the gallery since they're all quite incredible. At the very least, the four highlighted in the previous link are supposed to be new. Enjoy!

One of RockStar staff member at e3 2008 said to me this game is a sandbox game. He wanted to play Brutal Legend at e3 as well. I beat the original Red Revolver ps2 in 3 or 4 days.

Red Dead Revolver is the perfect game to make a sequel out of. I'm going to play this simply because it looks exactly like where I live, and I love the desert.

COJ is not bad, but it got boring pretty quick, the most recent one that is.

I saw the gameplay demo @ PAX and it got me really really excited for this game. The Rockstar rep said that the total land mass will be larger than San Andreas. That's killer news for us exploration hounds.

I disagree with the title because absolutely nothing is cooler than Westworld. Been wanting a game of that since childhood and still haven't lost hope...this does look properly badass, however.
