Look, either you're the type of gamer that already knew what Record of Agarest War was, and that it was coming, or you're the type that doesn't care for this type of game. Wait, what am I saying? Does this game really have a type? In some cases, it goes just beyond classifications. I think Aksys Games says it best:
"This is one of those titles where morbid curiosity really hits you once see some screenshots," states Michael Manzanares, Associate Producer, Aksys Games. "Instead of being nothing but cheesecake, Record of Agarest War turns out to have some length and girth to it. Color us surprised."
For those not in the know, this is a Japanese strategy role-playing game that spans several in-game generations. It was co-developed by Japanese teams Compile Heart, Red Entertainment and Idea Factory. Those that know their studios know that this is quite the dev combo. Those that know their studios were likely very surprised that this game is coming to the US.
Packed inside is some serious gameplay depth and storytelling (100+ hours of game play), and its all topped off with saucy girls. There's babes, boobs, battle armor, and a Breeding System. Record of Agarest War will be released on the PlayStation Network this Fall. My jam.
