Rebellion has a foreboding teaser for its next PC game

8:30 PM on 01.29.2013

Developer Rebellion sent out a spooky teaser trailer for its new game with some clues as to what it might be about: "...one man is utterly alone amidst the chaos of war. But there are worse things to fear than bombs and bullets here." My "occult" senses are tingling!

Curiously, the logo is a variation of the one used for Sniper Elite V2, otherwise known as the game where you can make people's crotches explode. (Err, one of the games to do that.) Perhaps this is a Sniper Elite spin-off? I'm definitely getting the sense that there will be something otherworldly in our crosshairs, which has me interested.

Rebellion also offered this message: "With the debut date of 14th February 2013, PC fans will soon get the chance to discover for themselves just what is in store for those brave enough to venture into the 'Totraum'. Heil Gotterdammerung!"

Boy, The Hong Kong Massacre sure looks like Hotline Miami

Hotline Miami by way of Stranglehold or any other John Woo flick, at least. Which is appropriate for the setting. Though I'm also reminded of Michael Mann's Miami Vice movie for some reason. I guess it can't exactly be Hotli...more
