Apparently Namco Bandai has taken some pages from the Dead or Alive school of marketing, as this Japanese print ad for SoulCalibur V seems to carry one message -- the game is entirely, completely, utterly about breasts and nothing else.
I am all for vulgarity (as my beautiful art pieces demonstrate), but this is just stupid. While I'm aware that sex sells, I see very little that's sexy about a pair of giant, context-less boobs shoved so far into the camera that they look like two bald men headbutting.
That's just me, though. Perhaps there really are people who think massive tits on their own are erotic, simply by virtue of the fact that they are massive.
I've used way too many words to criticize something this dumb.

I, for one, applaud Namco Bandai for celebrating those born with physical abnormalities. So often, the gaming industry hides these characters behind layers of clothing, afraid to even admit people with abnormalities like nipple nuts even exist. Bravo, NB, awareness is the first step towards acceptance.
