Wow, did this week ever suck. Personally, I'm glad it's over and look forward to next week with a tight grip on the hope that it will be far less sh*tty. It can really only go up from here. On that note, let's get things started.
It's FRIDAY.
To kick off the weekend, a few messages from the good people at Wilkins coffee. A shining example of effective marketing strategy, the company's ads saw fit to promote their product not by describing its great taste, but rather by threatening potential consumers with outrageous acts of physical violence should they opt not to buy. Cautionary tales to illustrate what might happen to you if you resist -- all told via puppets. Oh, you'll drink this coffee, motherfucker. We know where you live.
And you wonder why your parents turned out to be such basket cases. At any rate, the weekend is now fast upon us, and I'm curious as to what it is you kids have planned. Maybe I'll stop by for a while, if there's beer. You guys ready to FRIDAY?
