"I'm Commander Shepard and this is my favorite PC manufacture on the Citadel." Do people still make that joke? I don't know.
So yeah, Razer and BioWare have teamed up to release a ton of branded Mass Effect 3 accessories, just in time for the March 6 release date. So what's on offer? Everything! Keyboard, mouse, Xbox 360 controller, messenger bag and even a mouse pad.
The most expensive of the bunch is the Razer Chimaera 5.1 headset, coming in at $209.99. The cheapest of the Mass Effect 3 collection, yet most overpriced, is the iPhone 4 protective case. Despite the price, I oddly really want the case. I am part of the problem.
As for the downloadable content, you'll be getting a code for a "Collector Assault" Rifle and other multiplayer items. If you already have the Collector Assault Rifle, then the code will just strengthen your gun even further. Note these codes are only good for PC and Xbox 360 players.
You can take a look at the entire Mass Effect 3 Razer lineup over on Razer's website as everything is up for pre-order right now.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
wow just wow.
Still tempted by the Imperator, though.
But I don't want a huge Razer logo on my controller.
What do?
I've had a Razer Destructor for a few years and it's fantastic. It still looks like the day I bought it. Just be sure to buy heavy plastic or metal mouse surfaces. They last the longest.
Is this the reason why EA couldn't (wouldn't) add controller support to the PC?
They're assuming that if folks bought the controller, they wouldn't buy the keyboard because they'd have one already?! The nerve.
Razer is the Apple of PC peripherals. Everything is over priced, but unlike Apple their support is complete shit. When you get a Razer product that works you're set, but every single thing they make has a higher than average failure rate because they use the cheapest parts they can find and charge you for the logo they slap on it.
Honestly I haven't found that to be the case, every Razer item I have owned has had some issue however small.
I was initially interested but the mouse and shipping total is like £83 ($131). I can't really justify spending that amount just because it says N7 on it.
Lol.
The Iphone case on the other hand...

For those that have not played the MP Demo yet, you earn credits while playing, these can be spent on 'Recruit' or 'Veteran' packs - they contain 6 random items, the Vet packs give you a better chance at 'uncommon' items. So besides the promise the Collector's AR specifically, that's what the DLC is. Calm down, carry on.
logo in the center of each wheel, then I'm putting it on eBay.
