There's one problem with this stick for people who are going to buy it and expect to do tournament play: PS3 is tournament standard. Plus, you can get a Hori stick like this for the 360 that is likely more affordable.
As much as I'd love to participate, I'm sure that there are at least 500 people more skilled than myself who would sign up for this. I have done arcade stick and controller mods for fun, but I don't think I gots what they wants. And Palindrome is right, the PS3 is more tournament standard than the 360, and I am technically a 360 fanboy. I'm going to apply for this, but my hopes aren't so high.
Also, I'm a Happ-man. Gimme a bat top and concave buttons any day. I grew up on Mortal Kombat in American arcades, where bat tops are standard and buttons have divets. Yayuh.
@Ironknight Yeah I'm tired of every arcade stick having the same incredibly high quality parts too...
good luck to them. frankly they will have to do a lot. TE and Hori sticks are so good and just hardly ever break. had my hori for 5 years now and it still plays perfect, My TE super street fighter is about 2 years old now and also works fine.
@ironknight, I couldn't agree more. I for one hate quality and would much prefer parts that don't register my inputs properly. So yeah, if they go with Sanwa, it's a no buy for me.
Whats wrong with some variety make it a happ or a semitsu stick. Im tired of every stick being made with sanwa buttons

Little annoyed that Street Fighter is what every company markets their sticks and fightpads towards, as if that's the only game to ever exist in arcade form. But hey, Razor generally make good products so chances are this will be better than the madcatz shite at least.

Well i think that Seimitsu makes better parts too, so is a metter of taste. i have 1 that i make myself with a seimitsu stick (ls56-01)and buttons (i already have 1 tournament stick too and 2 hori real arcade pro, plus 1 happ and 1 ill eurojostick modded stick ) so i know what im talking about.
IL freaking rocks, if you can get it. The stick I'm working on right now has all IL/Happ parts.
Sanwa and Seimitsu are good, but I myself am also tired of seeing them in EVERY. DAMN. STICK. IL is also very high quality, just different.

I grew up playing SF in American Arcades (the laundromat with the MvC2 and SF3 3S) so, I love Sanwa. Happ & Semitsu is alright too.
OH MY GOD will a company* make a stick that fucking works on BOTH systems already?
*Yes I'm aware that modders have already made sticks that work on both systems. I'm saying that it's about damn time a company officially makes a stick that does it.

Of course it's fighting game players, because only they would come up with a button layout so stupid. Why not have ABXY laid out like any good controller? I know you can swap buttons (or at least I hope you'll be able to) easily enough, but it'd be nice to not have to void my warranty to have a sensible button layout.
