Ratchet and Clank Future kinda delayed, PSN demo kinda dated photo

By way of the official PlayStation blog, SCEA line producer Greg Philips has officially announced that Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, Insomniacs upcoming PlayStation 3 title, has gone gold. He immediately reveals that the game has also been delayed ... by a week. Ratchet and Clank Future will be in stores on October 30, as opposed to the previously announced October 23 date, which isn't the end of the world. Or is it? *cue ominous music*

Philips also makes the non-committal statement that the Ratchet and Clank Future E3 demo will be available on the PlayStation Network "by October 11." So the demo could come out on the PSN next week, it could not. But why play the guessing game? Go harass your local GameStop employees and snag the demo on a Blu-ray disc today!

While you wait, don't forget to check out Destructoid's impressions of the E3 demo, as well as our in-depth Pew! Pew! Preview!.

I love when a game goes gold and then it is delayed.

How does that happen?

Gamestop demo is an older E3 build, and I can't be arsed to drive there. So I'm waiting for PSN version.
