The Game Critics: Best of E3 2010 awards have been determined, and your "Best of Show" winner is… the Nintendo 3DS. Despite only having a handful of playable(ish) software, Nintendo's hardware dazzled the critics (including myself) with its mind-bending 3D hardware, solid first- and third-party line-up, and magic powers.
Other leaders included id Software with three nominations, including "Best Console" title, as well as Harmonix's Dance Central and Valve's Portal 2 which took home two awards a piece. Rage was also a judge favorite, winning Best Console Game, Best Action Game, Special Commendation for Graphics, and was also nominated for Best Original Game and Best PC game.
The full list of the winners can be found after the jump.

Meh
Looking at the 3DS, I can already tell it's like the DSphat, and that in two years they'll release the 3DSlite, with all of it's edges smooth and even.
Star Wars: The Old Republic (BioWare Austin/LucasArts/EA for PC)
/bow
Also, AB:B got best online multiplayer? hmmm
It was actually super-clever, worked really well, and (best of all) was a hell of a lot of fun. I think people are going to be surprised.
Well, Rage and 3DS look good.
also I don't think rage should have scored so high on all fronts these are my biggest point against this list. I would have chosen something else on almost all categories.
It's frustrating; there's really no way for someone to know what the 3DS is like without being right in front of one. Before it launches, Nintendo is going to have to do a massive tour, or expect retailers with demo units to get slammed hard.

As for the 3DS lite thing, at least the 3DS is flat on the top and not seemingly overly bulky like the original DS phat was.
