Put up or shut up! Can you remix better than Dj CUTMAN?

Ol' Dj CUTMAN, in collaboration with Benjamin Briggs from Pilotwings: Take Flight, has cut a fresh NES remix entitled "Powerglove (It's So Bad)." It mashes samples from an obscure, After Burner-like shooter called Mig 29 Soviet Fighter with everyone's favorite line from The Wizard. The result is a very Daft Punk-ish track that's available to download for the price of "whatever you please."

Once again, I expect a few commenters to complain along the lines of, "How lazy! It's just inserting a drum loop on top of a pre-existing song! Anyone can do that!" Oh yeah? Can you? See, there's a second part to this story: CUTMAN is holding a contest to see who can make the best remix of "Powerglove." From now until June 25, you can download the remix stems from his site and arrange or enhance them however you see fit before submitting your work to SoundCloud. Visit the link below for all the details.

It's time to put your money where your mouth is. Think you can pump out a kickass remix? Enter the contest and test your mettle. If it's as easy as some of you claim it is, you should have no problem coming up with something amazing. In the meanwhile, listen to the original track past the jump.
