Pure Pool bound for PlayStation 4

4:30 PM on 12.10.2013

A list of the of the better billiards simulators in recent years has to include Hustle Kings, originally released on PlayStation 3 and later on Vita. Now the show will be coming to PlayStation 4, as developer Voofoo has announced their work on a new pool hall experience, Pure Pool, in a post on the PlayStation Blog.

The team, as ever, seems fixated on producing the most photo-realistic pool hall to date. Considering the faces of these character models, they might want to downplay that and focus on the physics (which have always been top notch). Also, while we're making suggestions, it would be very nice to be able to increase the "age" of a table's felt to fall more in line with what an actual pool hall's table might be like. Those tables in Hustle Kings were faster than my prom date.

Pucks and players are more chaotic in NHL 15

About a month ago, I explained how EA Sports' big focus for NHL 15 was physics. In the event that you didn't believe me (or hate reading), this video adequately sums up the studio's intentions. Watch it to learn how pucks bounce or to see Matt Duchene crash the net like a total badass.more

Push Me Pull You is 2-vs-2 gross sausage monster ball wrestling
