Weiss Schwarz looks awesome. Wish more stuff like this was translated. I hope the PSP game gets at leats a North America release.
Never heard of Weiss Schwarz but I do enjoy card games. At least up to the point where they get needlessly complicated. Size -1 font printed front to back and you need a law degree to understand how to use the card, complex. Which they all seem to get to eventually.

I love video games of card games, and while I've never heard of this Weiss Schwarz, I would love to try it. Unfortunately if it uses anime characters etc it will have the same issue as the Jump! Stars series and will never leave Japan. Damn.

Those shots clearly shows Persona 3. Mitsuru! *sigh* Soejima's work is always awesome and recognizable.

Some time ago I picked up the Disgaea and Persona starter decks to poke around with - wasn't impressed. It didn't feel like the game had a lot of flavour - for instance, IIRC, there are cards in each set which are identical apart from the name and set compatibility. I could be wrong, though - there's got to be a reason for the game's popularity over in .jp.
