Some here might be offended that you'd consider downloading the Uncharted 2: Among Thieves demo when it goes up on the PlayStation Network later today. After giving the game our Editor's Choice award in our review, and then later awarding the title Destructoid's 2009 Game of the Year, we'd hope you'd trust that it's a fantastic game. You don't trust us?
Nah, don't worry about it. We're pretty laid back. Download it today if you haven't played it already. I don't know how good the demo will be, but we're sure it'll support our high praise.
What else for today on PSN? There's Square Enix's Thexder Neo in both demo and full game form. There's a LittleBigPlanet Groundhog Day costume. How 'bout a Dantes Inferno video? Maybe a Final Fantasy XIII trailer?

This is how good this game was, I own it, and am considering downloading the demo anyway.
Bayonetta patch is live worldwide, the optional install is like 4.5 gigs.

Sounds like you missed a lot of the game. The stealth is extremely well done and so is the platforming and puzzle solving.
The cutscenes are fairly short. I think the longest one in the game is not nearly 20 minutes long.
Is it possible that you mistook gameplay for a cutscene? :p

Speaking of the Olympics, I will roundhouse-kick whoever is in charge of advertising the 2010 games on CTV. They remind us with their ads at least 20 times a day, every day, and they've been doing it for AN ENTIRE YEAR. Living in B.C., I can see why I guess I should be 'proud' that the world will be watching our province, but SWEET MOTHER OF MERCY over-saturation doesn't come close to describing what CTV has done.
