Atlus, give me Digital Devil Saga and the sequel! I've yet to play those games and they fit the niche requirement.
This is great though, $10 is a steal for these titles. Definitely gonna pick up Odin Sphere soon, probably God Hand too.

I'm glad that Sony's finally opening things up again for the PS2 era library, but someone please remind me: what was removed/changed in the PS3 that removed BC in the first place?
I’m always up for kicking more asses into the Milky Way, but I picked up a copy of God Hand a while ago.

Wait a minute, wait a minute, WAIT A MINUTE!! Am I reading this correctly? Does that mean we'll see an HD remastering of God Hand with trophy support?!?! Or is Capcom just dumping the old game on the Playstation Network in standard-definition? Because if that's the case then I think I'll stick to my old PS2 copy.
Everyone should buy God Hand... even if you already own 10 copies of the game from all regions... like me.
Are these HD!? I must know! If they aren't, I'll just stick with my PS2 versions of God Hand and Odin Sphere. But if they are... I'll be buying a new HDD, that's for sure.

@T3H - initially, all PS3 consoles had the PS2 cpu and gpu, allowing for near perfect compatibility (after a bumpy start and a few patches). Then, they decided to remove the cpu from the production process and retain the gpu, which was labeled as software emulation with ~ 80% compatibility, but had many issues like slowdown or video stutter. After the MGS4 bundle, they decided to remove all backward compatibility to "encourage the sale of more ps3 software" (straight from pres. Tretton's mouth).
Even the new ps3 slim consoles have the necessary traces on the motherboard to implement the ps2 chips. Those chips are still on production for the sale of ps2s. The cost of adding them to the ps3 process would be no more than the cost of the materials (pennies).

Odin Sphere, nice! I loved Muramasa and thought about getting this one too. All that we need now is Muramasa in HD.

Goddam! I always wanted to try out God Hand, and this looks like a great opportunity to! Not only that, but the price is definitely right!

I believe these are SD ports without trophies but who cares. I hate when people list trophy support as if it makes or breaks a game.

I wonder if Odin Sphere will run any better (i.e with less slowdown during key boss battles). Either way, I am SO buying that and like 3 others. What an awesome list!!! $9.99?? Have they lost their minds?? I f so I hope they never find them!!!
Now all we need is Okami released on the Playstation Network (HD remastering or classic, I'll take either). Okami would work well as an HD remastering though due to Playstation Move support (which SHOULD'VE been included in Resident Evil 4) *shakes fist*

i want a Xenosaga Trilogy since Bamco would probably not remaster this into HD(despite buying all three in original black label SEALED) and Shadow Hearts Trilogy(well not really a trilogy;since only the first and second are related but the first 3 games would be awesome)
oh and other fighting games like Samurai Shodown Anthology(Japanese Version; US has no blood and remove story in V), KOFXI, KOF 98 UM, KOF2002 UM(still no US PS2 version WTF),Mark of the wolves, Guilty Gear Accent Core Plus
i can't find arcade sticks for PS2 nowadays so putting this on PSN would be awesome. though SNK would probably sell these games one at a time(like the Samurai Shodown series)
im probably missing tons of JRPG but these are the ones i want now :P

That means they went through the trouble to translate the game to ps3 architecture, but didn't bother to add higher textures.
This makes me wonder how much Capcom and others were involved in this process... It send like SCE got permission and did as little work as possible. How about they work on an on-the-fly solution so fall ps3s can do that when you pop in a ps2 game, or bring back hardware BC.

@prince - No, they will be on sale for good. It's not "October Only", it's "Only on Playstation" games coming in October.
Awesome. I would love to see other games like Radiata Stories. Final Fantasy 12 would be nice, even though its only been 5 years.
