One of the reasons I like the iTunes store so much is because the bulk of the sales are for early adopters; either the first week, or day one.
I mean, any sale is a good sale, but the constant "weeks/months later" PSN/XBLA sales really just discourage you from buying the game when it comes out - which means more cautious consumers, and subsequently, less launch profit for them.

Why he fuck did I pay full price for this a couple of months ago, I've only received 40% of it so far and it has been discounted already.
Will not be doing so again.
