Destructoid, prepare to meet Susan Panico -- all acquainted? Ok now she's gone. Susan was the Senior Director in charge of delivering pretty much everything to the 77 million strong US PSN, including Home, Playstation Plus, Netflix, and original digital content such as The Tester. There is no official statement given in regards to why she left, nor is there a current named replacement.
Overall, I think she did a pretty good job of running things -- especially if she was responsible for all the amazing free stuff I've gotten as a Playstation Plus subscriber. Next order of business Sony? Send over a bunch more PSOne classics to use on our shiny new Vitas. Oh, and make PS2 Classics Vita compatible!
