Already finished the game several days ago and is reaching the final end.
The FPS droprate is sometimes ridiculous though. Wish they could focus on that a little more.
But overall, nice game with good price. But God, i hate those sick voices of some princesses which remind me of my grandma when she playing sudoku.

Maybe they're just trying to harken back to the days of yore where unless you followed magazines, you didn't know what games are out until you visited the store.
Konami's PR is so bad I don't even know when Pro Evo Soccer 2013 is out in Europe, and when you're not publicising a soccer game in EUROPE you know things are fucked.
It's great, the only issues are the framerate drops in busy areas and the somewhat small font. HOWEVER, like I said, it's great. Go pick it up.

It's because they outsource their PR to German firms - Japanese entertainment companies who have a love affair with German companies (Universal JP, AVEX, PS Company etc - To name a few) all have the same problems (Often you'll see many bands from Japan who play to 50,000+ capacity venues being booked into 300 capacity venues with ZERO promotion).
The only one who doesn't have it is Nintendo because they are "hands-on" and have their own people are there controlling the PR down in Germany for the rest of Europe.

I forgot to mention the same applies to the Japanese companies that also outsource to French companies. Seen it for years in the music industry and its the exact same bullshit in the games industry - Fucking inept looney toone PR companies.

That's pretty silly. Even if they didn't want to spend much ad money on the damn game, send out a press release to the gaming blogs and they will probably post about the game's release for free.
I doubt that many Europeans have seen it on storeshelves even. It is scarse as hell, out of all the Swedish online stores I searched there isn't a single one who currently have it in stock and it was apparently only ONE store who even got it in stock at all on release. Also, if I would like to get it on the PSN Store here it would be an inflated $55 (369 sek).

@Lord of Thunder: I think it's because it's $39.95 for the digital edition, so the same price as a physical handheld game. Many people, myself included, balk at paying the same price for digital as the physical retail.

Forty bucks definitely shocked the hell out me, $20 would have been an instant buy, $30 maybe, but now.... like phil, I'll be waiting to see what plus will be offering.

Also I really can't tell if people are trolling or not about wanting 10% off a digital download... oh no wait, they're just trying to make up an excuse for not buying it, since there's no way they'd get it for 35.99 either. I mean fuck, if you live in a state with a decent sales tax, you're saving around %10 right there.

I think a lot of confusion is coming from the complete lack of any solid info on this before it was already on the store. I didn't even know that this was getting a physical release, so I was expecting 20-30 max. From what I've been hearing, this game loses a lot and gains a little, so I'm wary if its at full price. Haven't played the original either, so I'll have to wait for indepth impressions and/or reviews... which I would have if konami cared about this game lol

Great game, worth the $40 IMO, as it is a full size game and pretty much an upgraded handheld version of the Wii version, which was also awesome. Give it a chance if you like games like Pikmin.
I'm loving it so far, and since I never played the Wii version it's all new to me.

Oh yeah, Little King's Story. I bought this game when it first released on Wii in 2009, but I only played 2 or 3 hours of it for some reason. Maybe I'll give it another shot later. What bugged me during the 2 hours I played was that, although the game seemed to have been designed with the Wiimote in mind, it doesn't actually use IR controls at all. Very odd.

@worm: OH SHIT! So it is a full sized game? See, I've seen next to nodamn info on this at all. That's what threw me off. I thought it was a digital only, small version of the original.
Yep, the full map is there in all it's glory showing all the land available to explore.. it's the real deal. I can't believe Konami constantly screws up so bad in advertising this kinda stuff.
