Mewtwo. I can't put into words how bitter I was that I couldn't get it back when I had Pokémon Blue. It will be available as a special download from February 12th through the 26th for anyone with Pokémon Black or White. This isn't just charity; this promotion follows on the heels of Pokémon TCG: Black & White on February 8th.
In honor of this new Mewtwo release, the spiffy little guy has been given some upgrades like Shadow Ball and Electro Ball. Mewtwo also comes with Psystrike, and a few other goodies for trainers and their pokémon. For all the information on how to get your hands on Mewtwo, go here. It may not be the same as having him on Blue and Red, but I'll take it.

Glad they proved me wrong so quickly. Good to see that some companies know how to do DLC without thinking "profit, profit, profit" all the time.

There was kind of 151, but I don't really count Mew at that time since the only way you get it was through special Nintendo events specifically for players to get him, or you could be sensible and use a gameshark.
Yes, technically there were 151, but Mew is kind of this nasty footnote that I choose to not remember because it was stupid in what you had to do to get him. Unless you cheated. Which I would NEVER do...
Other way would be if you didn't save your Masterball IIRC.
At the time, I had a friend who owned Red while I had Blue. He used his on a Zapdos when I got my Mewtwo with it. Link battles couldn't have been more one-sided :).

Unless somethings unmentioned has change, Game Freak already said last year, at about this time, that they had no interest in doing a Pokemon Grey. This generation of Pokemon gets Black and White, so they can focus on making a purely 3D edition for the 3DS that'll be in its own generation. I just hope they stick to their guns with that, cause my body is ready.

You can get Arceus for Black/White, though -- I hope that kind of helps.
