eShop is really becoming a boon for the 3DS. I've already spent a decent amount of money on it this year, and I don't even have Pushmo, Mighty Switch Force, Mutant Mudds, or several of the other solid titles that have come out recently.

I have bought way more digtal games this year then any other, all on the eshop alone good for nintendo for makeing the eshop worth a damn
eShop came out of nowhere and surprised me. Since when did Nintendo do online stores right? Yet some of the best games I played this year and last year were eShop games. Pushmo, Mutant Mudds, Sakurai Samurai, Mighty Switch Force... I have more eShop games than actual 3DS games, and I don't even care.
Couple that with the free Zelda: Four Swords and my 20 Ambassador games, and my 3DS is a powerhouse portable right now.
Here's hoping they can keep up the quality.

Heard that controls suck at first bit you get used to it. Lefties are screwed. Other than that, I've heard very positive things and look forward to grabbing it.

I really want to download this, but I already got a bunch of other 3DS games I need to get through first. Definitely getting this later.

I love Nintendo, and I knew about the Nintendo Direct, which was only announced yesterday.
And I slept through it.
Woke up at 9:30 scrambling all over to catch all the info from all 3 NDs.
So I do kind of see it as "quietly announced" myself. ^_^;
