PS3 and Xbox 360 get Operation Hastings in BFBC2 Vietnam photo

Well, this is awkward. PC players unlocked the "Operation Hastings" map in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam recently by performing a combined 69 million team actions. Console players, on the other hand, aren't quite there yet.

Even still, DICE has opened up the fifth Vietnam map for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 as a gift for the new year. You can play it right this very minute, if you'd like; it's fairly open compared to the other expansion maps, and is a nice treat for the eyes.

Of course, some people weren't too happy about the unequal treatment. Sad, but not as sad as me fully expecting anger to ensue. Sometimes, I wonder.

[Thanks, Zach]
