developers already aren't making games for the Vita.
at this point the only reason i would buy Vita would be if there was CFW and homebrew guys would make fully working emulators of 5th and 6th generation of consoles.

From what I remember this was already like this... I remember trying to do that for getting the Gravity Rush demo from Japan, so I did it on the 4 gig card, it had to be formatted from what I remember...

And mem cards are still expensive as fuck so this is one of the most translucent and pathetic ways to get those who need two accts on one bits must buy an additional card.

How many "fucking amazing people" here have an iPhone/iPod and are complaining about this Sony card thing? Go to your friends house and hook up your iPod/iPhone to their PC...ZOMG it wants to write over everything?

@Ronin4life: Nintendo didn't take anything away? They region locked the 3ds for fucks sake. Event hough this is poor form on the Vita at least you can still create an account for anywhere you want.
I don't understand why this is a problem. From the outset, Sony has said that the Vita will use one PSN account only. Anyone who didn't understand what they meant by that...well, in addition to being shortsighted and naive...they're also pretty pissed right now. XD

You know, if you're a Vita owner you either spend 20 (min.) and buy another memory card. Its the most logical and inexpensive thing to do. I mean, if you can afford a luxury item like the Vita , you can afford a new memory card.

Well, it is only a matter of time before the hack is released , so they're trying to milk it while they can.
Judging by what the hackers are doing, they are waiting for a decent games backlog to build up before they release the hack, since games released after the hack won't work.
It would be worth getting a Vita soon and keeping it at current firmware version. . .
