PS Store Update: Braid and Star Trek D-A-C photo

We’ve been neglectful, PS Store. We should have continued posting what was new on you over the last few months, but things happened. People changed, man. But no more! We shall resume showing people what came out on you starting now with the release list for the week of November 12th.

Speaking of that, Braid is now available on PSN for fifteen bones. We’ve talked about the game exhaustively over the last few releases, but its hard not to continue suggesting the indie downloadable if you haven’t tried it. Star Trek: D-A-C on the other hand, [note: not an indie game] is something that is hard to suggest.

Check below the fold for the rest of the game releases of the week.

Downloadable Games

  • Braid ($14.99)
  • Star Trek: D-A-C ($9.99)

PSone Classics:

  • Command & Conquer: Red Alert ($5.99)

Demos

  • Inferno Pool Demo
  • NCAA Basketball 10 Demo
  • MX Vs. ATV Reflex Demo
  • Star Trek: D-A-C Demo

DLC (Add-on Game Content)

  • PAIN Speed Oocher Mode ($1.99)
  • Rag Doll Kung Fu Mistress of Mime Character (free)

I hadn't heard anything on Braid's PSN release until yesterday... Fingers crossed that it doesn't have frame rate issues and plays well on the PS3.

Hothead's claim is that it's 1080p at 60Hz. I didn't get to download it till this morning before work, so I won't know till this afternoon.

Seriously, the PSN needs to wake the hell up to Eastern Standard Time.

Does Braid come with a demo? I have a 360 and the demo is what got me to buy the game. I want to tell my friends who are PS3 owners to check out the game and a demo would be a good way for them to decide if they want it.

i'm not paying $15 for a year old port. great game it may be and i'll get one day but there is no justifying the price.

The reason why it's still worth 15$ is that it's ~only~ 15$ you idiots. It's pretty damn cheap for such a good game. Yes, even after a year. You should be thankful it was ever ported for your PS3 only cheap asses, Sony didn't want the game a year ago!

I'm sure you've done worse with 15 bones in your lives so get on it already.

@Interstate: I'm not sure which "idiots" you're referring to. It seems only Qraze has a problem with the price.

Do you need a nap?

@Interstate78,

Whenever my baby starts crying, he likes me to swaddle him. Shall I swaddle you?

Yeah i like to shake people who make no sense whatsoever. For every dude whining that it's coming out too late and for too much there are ten nodding in agreement. That would explain why I talked in the plural (plus I hate to point my finger at someone)
