PS Plus has provided me with more free games than I can fit on my HDD! Thankfully, I can upgrade that for cheap, no hassle. 'Free' games and decent sales are awesome in my book.

I wanted to play DD Neon, but wasn't fully sold on it, so this works out great. As for Scott Pilgrim, I've had that for awhile now and can say that its a great addition for anyone who hasn'tg picked it up yet.
Scott Pilgrim is an awesome game for retro-heads. I got the 360 free about a year or so ago (Bing Rewards credits!).

Scott Pilgrim being cheapened is great and all but where's that new online multiplayer they were gonna add back in August? I'd love to play some Scott Pilgrim online with friends.
Beat em up heaven. Scott pilgrim is a wonderful spiritual successor to river city ransom, and hopefully the remake to the grandady of beat em ups comes out looking nice as well. Fingers crossed.
I had PS Plus for 3 months, got it so I could get Journey a week early, but I never play ps3 so it's a waste of money for me. Maybe if they had some decent games, which they probably do but I have such a hrd time searching for them I don't know what is new. I will be picking up Tokyo Jungle at the end of the month, if I can save some money with PS Plus I may buy it again for 3 months and try one more time. Free games are great, if you play them.

I'm not renewing after this month. I just don't like the whole "too many games" thing they have going on now. I subbed for a year last year just so I could get free PS1 classics each month because I would never pay for them myself. (Last september was all 3 RE titles, then it was crash bandicoot, then warhawk, then all 3 spyro games, etc etc). I was loving the old plus. A few games a month plus a PS1 classic and mini along with some themes as well. We don't get that anymore. Now remember those secret surveys they handed out asking about different options for Plus?(ex: 1 year COD elite, Discounts on ALL the DLC, except fewer free games *MY KIND OF PLAN*) -- (Discounts on some DLC, shitload of games, COD elite). etc etc. When they bring those out, yeah I'll renew. but as of right now, I don't play any of the games they give me because either a) I already own them B) They don't appeal to me C) they're games that didn't sell well (R&C A41 STILL hasn't been taken off the list yet and LBP2 and Infamous 2 are STILL there). or D) I'm playing the games I bought because I feel more entitled/better to play them over a rental service game. A year ago Plus was great. Now, not so much. I should get a $10 card at Best Buy this friday so I can pick up Jet Set Radio. The one thing I loved about Plus was getting early access to games like Journey (DAY 1 for me/ I saved $15 in my wallet for MONTHS) and the Spring sales they had like the Final Fantasy sale (how likely was that going to happen? I spent $25 on PS1 games that would've cost me $50 altogether! But now it's just like everyone's expecting an amazing, balls out, AAA title FULL GAME every single month. Hell, before, Plus didnt have full games and MAYBE they'd pop one in every now and then, like Far Cry 2 and others. I liked that. But with this instant game collection, everyone (including the whiners on the PS Blog) is expecting Sony to hand them a new car every single month. And when they fail, it's just a disappointment. Plus people are having a hard time buying games on PSN day 1 because, hey! in 2 months it could be free to PS+ users. The service just isn't for me anymore. When it changes or provides more options, then yes, I'll happily re-buy another year, especially with all those PS1 games waiting for me. I kind of took a break from my PS3 as well and will probably log on again when Borderlands 2 comes out.
Yes! PS Plus has been good to me... Pretty much has paid for itself(since I bought it last year)! Excited as hell for Double Dragon Neon! And it's for free! I already own Scott Pilgrim, but does anyone know if it's the updated version of the game with online capabilities and the addition of Wallace Wells?! Hmmm...
@Art: I'm sure it'll update when you boot it up. As long as that was free. On the DD note. As huge of a wayforward fanboy as I am, I'm not super pumped. Love DDtoo, just.... I don't know. Hopefully it'll blow my socks off.

I think that games like LBP2, infamous 2, and R&C A41 will always be a part of the instant collection. They offer a pretty good idea of the range of experiences that the ps3 has to offer exclusively, and they give you a free month when you buy a new ps3. Basically its like the best demo disc you could ask for... pretty ingenious really. I will be with plus for life.

Just know this game is fucking buggy as hell (on really any platform), even years after its release (I mention this given Ubisoft thinks that even years after release the game can still have sudden DLC's released, without fixing the core game). It'll freeze on you A LOT. It IS a good game, but its fucking frustrating that something that should be so simple has THAT much trouble running smoothly.

Damn, I have Pilgrim. I'd much rather have co-op component for free on + because I sure as hell am not paying extra for that.
I remember buying Scott Pilgrim, Shank, and Castle Crashers on PSN within the same week when they dropped. Ohhh fuck, that was beat-em-up HEAVEN.
