Wii Boxing by pumping her arms like a milk maid on a coke binge, then you know you've made a game that doesn't work as intended. But hey, at least the girl walked away with a bit of pride. I suspect the dude that lost went to the garage after the loss, turned on the car, and went to sleep ... for a long time.

I took my Wii to my family get together last night and someone was doing that exact thing. I kicked the shit out of them.
I thought Boxing was the worst game of them all but if you spend a little while practicing you get the hang of it and it becomes a hell of a lot of fun. Sure you can win by doing that against people without skill too. Like I got my shit ruined at bowling by my Aunt who couldn't do it properly but kept getting strikes anyway.
Just sit down and try and give it another chance. It's still flawed of course but it's not as terrible as you make out.
If you don't actually know what you're doing, but try to do what makes sense, you'll usually lose to button mashers.
