Project Offset has been in "does it even exist?" territory for far too long, as far as I'm concerned. There's been a steady stream of tech demonstrations for years now, so yeah, it likely exists in some playable form. But will it ever be released? God, I hope so.
In today's video, we get to see some lovely particle and destruction effects. Cool stuff, I'll admit it -- however, I can only retain so much enthusiasm for a terrific-looking game when we're never shown any solid gameplay footage. At least it's in-engine.
