Professor Layton lands in action figure form photo

Sometimes a picture says a 1,000 words. This is one of those cases. Look above. You want it. I don't even need to write anymore, do I? Professor Layton toys would be the bomb and now they exist or will at some point and you want them. Our fellows over at Tomopop found him.

The figure is from Revotech and is part of their standard line-up of new toys that are coming at some point. It was revealed at the recent Revotech Expo and seems to be a solid looking replica of the famous character. He's also pointing, and we all know how satisfying it is when the Professor points at you (about as disappointing as it is when he facepalms your incorrect answers).

The company that makes all this stuff is called RevoLtech.

I only remember it because I always initially think it's some sleazy sounding porno company name and then spontaneously remember that they actually make cool figurines.

Why are Revotech figures always posed with their crotch jutting out? It always looks so silly to me...

But this is still freaking badass.

@deiga-the-semivaliant: It's a dynamic pose. If you're drawing in an anime style, the hips and crotch will jut out to the side every time you do a dynamic pose (unless your doing a Sears catalogue pose with the legs simply apart). So to keep up the awesome style of Layton, they did that.

Anyway - waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaant. I'll even take that prototype there. Revoltech, you've got yourself a-
