The concept of "Ladies Who Lunch" somehow got a whole lot less boring last night at the The Carlyle hotel in New York as a tea party was held to celebrate the release of Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box. Good old Nintendo with their determination to capture the "new" demographic! If these pictures were in fact not staged and these ladies are indeed having fun, the delicious disease of Dr. Layton may well have been spread to your mom, sister-in-law or next door neighbor already.
The game actually comes out Monday, by the way. I will be straight up honest and admit that the first Professor Layton game made me feel as dumb as a post, but after some time spent with it I eventually made some headway. I'm guessing I'll endure similar trials with Diabolical Box, but I'm going to get it anyway. How about you?

Realize that I use "dumb folk" with as much affection as possible.
The only thing I think they should change is that there isn't a limited number of hint coins... but it's annoying to find them, so if you're REALLY stuck, you always have a way out.
....I'm referring to the cake of course.
So yeah, I'll be anxiously awaiting my pre-order to arrive next week. I can't wait to see what that connectivity thing I unlocked does for me in this one.
