Updated 11-21-2012I knew nothing about Chasing Aurora when I bought it. It won my money by being in the right place at the right time, as I needed to purchase something from the Wii U eShop and test out Nintendo's digital distribution efforts. It looked charming enough, and it wasn't $59.99 -- good enough for me.
That may be how this game seeks to earn a majority of its cash, since it's been rather lost in the bustle for attention that has been the Wii U's launch lineup. To its credit, it's a neat little game that makes great use of the Wii U's "asynchronous multiplayer" capabilities -- that's what developers are calling it, anyway.
Still, even at a mere $15, Chasing Aurora may be too expensive for what it is.
