Prince of Persia 'Epilogue' DLC available for download photo

Ubisoft kept the release date this time. After an odd delay, it’s my pleasure to tell you that Prince of Persia’s ‘Epilogue’ downloadable content is available for download. You can get it through Xbox Live Marketplace for 800 Microsoft Points or the PlayStation Store for $9.99.

As a refresher: The DLC, as the name implies, picks up right where the main’s story concluded. You’ll need to work with Elika to clean up a new area called The Underground Palace. It’s more challenging than disc’s content and offers a small twist on the gameplay. A new enemy, new power, new attack and new skins come with the package.

Hit the break for the press release that goes into detail with what you get and check out the gallery for some sexy screens. It looks hot; I’m downloading right now.

I hate Prince of Persia. Also, I love the new widescreen articles.

Widescreen articles? I though it was just in my mind. As for Prince of Persia, let's hope that this DLC will exonerate it's misdeeds.

*Insert bitching about how PC owners got screwed out of a section of the story*

For once I support a PC title with no DRM and this is how I'm repaid. Fuck you and all your future titles Ubisoft.

The game wasn't really worth keeping after beating it once, I sold it on ebay for $50.

Was thinking of replaying it on the PC for cheap, to get the extra DLC but youtube works fine and is free.

I've still got a couple more levels to go to beat the 'main' game. Frankly i'm not really in that big a hurry.

The epilogue ending was even more openended than the actual ending. -.-

I'm sorry but what a load of bullshit. The latest Prince of Persia had many faults, but a cut ending wasn't one of them. This is one of those rare cases of meaningful game-expanding DLC, don't knock it just to try and sound cool.

I bought the game on Steam. I should go get a refund. Oh wait, there are no refunds. Thanks Ubisoft!

Played the epilogue and really enjoyed it, although I'm a sucker for this PoP.

Yeah, the game had an ending; it was just a terribly thought out one in terms of design.

Really good DLC this. Well worth the price, and really ramps up the difficulty. That, or I'm out of practice!

Also, anyone saying that this is the 'ending' should really look up what an Epilogue is, in terms of literature.
