What better way to spend Valentine's Day than with the person you care about, playing a wacky PS3 Move game about shooting young girls into the throes of wild passion. Gal Gun will be hitting the Japanese PSN on February 14 2012.
The game involves shooting pheromones at different areas of hyper-cute Japanese school girls, while trying to continue your chain of Ecstasy Shots to net you a better score. The trailer also reveals some other interesting diversions in Gal Gun, including a rhythm game section, photo sessions with the various girls as well as trying to save a girl who being held captive by a monster with tentacles.
All panty shots and funny remote waggling aside, this actually looks like a really funny and quirky game that we probably won't ever see stateside, so you better check it out while you can. If you have a Move and are looking to try something a little different, load up your Japanese PSN account and show those Japanese school girls your Ecstasy Shot!
No probably about it when it comes to never seeing that come stateside. Heaven forbid there be some panty flash or boob jiggle. Unless they change it to more wholesome dismemberment or heads exploding, it definitely won't be here.
Too bad really, I would have loved to play it. Looks cute.
It's going to be on the Japanese PSN? But I'm not Japanese...yet.
I just need to listen to this song the right way and I'm sure that it'll happen. Then I could enjoy the demo the way that it's meant to be enjoyed.
Until then, I'll play some Western games where women are shooting things with their big guns rather than teenage girls being shot with various fluids.
Japan doesn't make most of the world's weird things, it just makes most of the world's weird things better. Saint's Row the Third could have been improved by 200% if they added in an Ecstasy Shot-like weapon.
Replacing the genital mutilation of standard video game nut-shots/crotch-shots with a weapon that would win over hearts and minds(or other parts besides)...brilliant!
I spend good money importing the 360 version AND a Japanese 360 to play it on. I like spending money on myself "as a joke" and I'll probably buy the 360 version as well.
