If there's one thing next month's Street Fighter X Tekken is trying to be, it's accessible. Besides combining one of the deepest fighting game casts -- since Capcom dabbled with the SNK crew -- the dream fighter is throwing in 4-player battle royals, a robust online package and enough customization options to satisfy even the finickiest of fans.
Amid the game's various customization options lies the Character Color Edit mode, which you can check out in our video preview above. While the mode is nowhere near as controversial (for now) as the Gem system or as in-depth as, say, SoulCalibur V's seemingly never ending Create-A-Soul mode, it does offer up quite a few hilarious outcomes with its basic coloring choices.

With the color editor feature, one could change Bad Box Art Mega Man's color to match those of any of the Robot Masters or or any character in the game, giving the impression that he's stealing their powers as he defeats them.
Were Mortal Kombat to have included such a feature, they'd have given away the true secret of the Mortal Kombat ninjas' multiplicity.
This is the worst color edit mode I have ever seen. Why can't we use our own custom colors? Why is the color choice so limited? I know they plan on improving the selection... but why not just make a color wheel?
Any word on Elena? Any word on Christie being or not being DLC? I really want this game... now I just have to know if I'm gonna buy it new or used!

.....of course it isn't as expansive as SCV. It's a color edit mode.

Lupinko's been saying that Cody/Guy/Christie aren't DLC, so I trust Lupinko.
.....I like Cammy's ass, y'know. Still a good 40% of my excitement for this game is gone, so I'm casually optimistic to pick it up, I suupose.
