The first new Street Fighter game in about a decade was announced today, and now we have a trailer straight from Capcom and GameVideos, as promised.
The highly stylized video shows Ken and Ryu beating each other down in a moonlit forest setting. It looks more like an animation than anything else, and it doesn't tell us much, but it does a pretty damned good job of getting Street Fighter fans like myself excited. The Hadoken at the end gave me a million nerdy goosebumps.
Okay, I can admit when I'm wrong. But for the record this crow tastes like crap. >_< On the bright side, though... its SF4! Man, am I the only one that got an Okami-ish vibe from the art in the trailer??
this is great street fighter has fell off so far that i have 13 and 14 year old cousins that are like "street fighter is gay. wanna play tekken?" Than i hit them with a 360 pile driver thru the end table
Awesome, just awesome! That teaser trailer was just fucking phenomenal.
By the way, for those of you who say it should be 3D, go slam your dick in the refrigerator about fifty times. If you're a chick who said that, then by all means punch yourself in the cunt. You people forget that they actually did already try Street Fighter 3D, and the games were awful and not worthy of the Street Fighter name. 2D is where it's at, and where it should stay! Look what happened to King of the Fighters for God's sake! It went 3D and turned a great series to shit.
Street Fighter IV! Hit up this (copy n paste) sorry : P http://www.capcom.com/BBS/showthread.php?t=20432 it says to express what you think of the video, comments and such. Feed back FYI. Use this for the better. Shooting idea's into that which may be potentially shown. anyway all the best.
Oh my god I can't wait. I remember the lock-ins at the arcade right after SFII came out. Kids would literally be lined up with rolls of quarters to whoop ass.
Do you know why the above trailer is so amazing? Because X throws a Hadoken at Vile's ride armor at the 0:22 mark like he just doesn't give a f*ck.
Of the games in the Mega Man X series, the first is definitely the best. S...

Back when we first reviewed Capcom Arcade Cabinet we told you it would probably be best to just buy all the titles at once rather than dealing with the staggered releases of game packs. That time is now. You'll get all 15 gam...
Sure, the meme is a bit old but the added sound effects to the Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate video is what really made this spoof for me. Bravo, Capcom-Unity.
[Thanks, Dale!]
Some time ago, we learned off a rather odd project from Capcom -- a gritty Mega Man X FPS idea that never saw the light of day. Yep, Keiji Inafune gave ex-Retro Studios alumni the idea to re-imagine Mega Man similar to Metroi...
I know you're all worried to the point of a nervous breakdown over whether or not the recently released console version of Resident Evil Revelations will have lots of downloadable content. You may now put your terrors to bed,...
Ladies and gentlemen, a new Archie Mega Man graphic novel is arriving this Wednesday, May 22. I have confirmation from fellow editor Chris Carter that he's been picking up back issues and graphic novels to prep himself for th...
Resident Evil Revelations was a great action horror title. So good, it absolutely humiliated Resident Evil 6 by being superior in every single way -- a fact made especially delicious considering it was a 3DS game in contrast ...
After nearly a month since the last soundtrack release, Capcom has made available the Mega Man 5 OST to celebrate the classic platformer's arrival on the 3DS eShop. As with the MM4 OST, the album costs $8.95 and contains both...
