As well as a "Balls of Steel" special edition, Duke Nukem Forever is getting some preorder bonuses to help you make you purchasing decisions. Both Walmart and GameStop have gotten in on the action, with the latter offering "Duke's Big Package." It's funny because gonads.
Walmart is offering a trucker hat with any preorders, which is great if you love hats. If you're all about extra nonsense, however, you'll want GameStop's offering, which is a downloadable content pack featuring an in-game EGO boost, a Big Head Mode, and a range of in-game T-shirts.
